It has been a great three months preparing for the opening of Belgicans LLC speciality belgium/american fry shop. Luc and I have been working hard to make our dream a reality. From creating the perfect fry, building an impeccable business plan, researching food cost, suppliers, restaurant equipment and building location. We’ve applied for a business license and are Serve Safe certified. (Yes Luc scored 1% higher than me on that test.) There is so much done yet so much more to do. We plan on starting the build out of Belgicans mid-July and opening our doors mid-September.
