Belgicans is now open and doing great.  Our team of fry guys and fry girls are working hard to insure your fries come out hot and crispy.  We have enjoyed seeing all of our friends, family and fans come and get their fry on.  We encourage and appreciate all suggestions, comments and tips on perfecting Belgicans and spreading the news of “Belgicans specialty fry shop. It’s not just fries, it’s a meal! Belgicans is where you get your fry on…your way!”

     Well things are progressing, but not as fast as we would like.  There are only so many things we can do ourselves to get our doors open. We are depending on things such as inspections and getting the gas turned on, and these things are out of our control.  Wednesday will mark 6 weeks of hard work in building Belgicans and realisticly we have progressed at a great pace.  We can only hope things continue to go well this week and open by this weekend.

 - Certificate of occupancy
- Gas on 
 - Hire
 - Cook fries

It's been 23 days of hard work to bring Belgicans to life.  It's coming along so fast, but yet feels so far away, with so much still to do.  You can  almost smell the fries it looks so great. 
Can't wait to see everyone getting there fry on at Belgicans.

We're in and gettin started.  Cleaning, painting, and ordering equipment is first on the long list of things that need to be done. 
 The next few weeks are going to be busy and exciting making Belgicans a reality.  We are shooting for the opening date of October 10, 2011.  
A lot of planning and research will now all come together and we can't wait to serve up some Hot Fries  to all our fans.
We will keep you posted on our progress and  the Grand Opening final date.

Hip Hip Hooray today is the day. The day Belgicans has been given a chance to start. Financing was approved and we will be finalizing the details next week. The start of Belgicans is here! Thanks to all of our supporters I can't wait to serve you.

Thanks to all that joined the fry tasting fun.  It turned out to be a wonderful day with everyone enjoying their fries and soaking up the sun.  We had over 50 people sign the questbook and we served up over 70 orders of fries.  Reviews and comments were all very positive and helpful.  There was a tie between the country fries and pizza fries for favorite of the day.  Soon Belgicans will be open and everyone will be able to enjoy their favorite fries everyday.  Thanks again and see yall soon at our Grand Opening.
